A Martin Luther King se le adjudica la frase "Aunque supiera que el mundo se acaba mañana, hoy plantaría un manzano". Nosotros ni sembramos manzanos ni pensamos que el mundo se vaya a acabar mañana, pero nuestra replantación de setos en el campo sí es una señal de nuestra confianza en que el año 2014 sea un año de nuevos proyectos e ideas, lleno de energía, alegría y salud.

Los setos ayudan a frenar la erosión y son refugio para pequeños animales.

Martin Luther King soll einst gesagt haben: „Auch wenn ich wüsste, dass morgen die Welt zugrunde geht, würde ich heute noch einen Apfelbaum pflanzen“.

Nun pflanzen wir keine Apfelbäumchen und denken auch nicht, dass die Welt morgen zugrunde geht.....aber ein Zeichen für unser Zutrauen auf ein neues Jahr 2014 mit neuen Projekten und Ideen, voll von Energie, Freude und Gesundheit ist unsere Anpflanzung von Hecken schon....

Sie dienen als Erosionsschutz im Gelände und als Unterschlupf für Kleintiere.

A gift to the future

It is believed that Martin Luther King said: "Even if I knew that the world ends tomorrow, I would still plant an apple tree today". Although we do not plant apple trees and we do not belive that the world will end tomorrow.....but as a sign of confidence in the new year 2014 with new projects and ideas, full of energy, joy and health, we do plant hedgerows in the dehesa....

The hegerows help to stop erosion and serve as shelter for small animals.
