The "fire damping girls" in the 5th transhumantic soiree
See attached the press response to the 5th transhumantic soiree under the slogan of the ecosystem services of transhumance; here especially the shrub clearing and grazing as a measure to avoid bush fires which the sheep, our “fire damping girls”, realize. Before it came to the gastronomic highlight of the day, a guided hiking tour to visit the mountain meadow, the sheep and the shepherds took place.
