...is what our 375 sheep and 20 rams said on July, 2nd, the day their trip to the green grazing mountain areas in the North started. In order to be able to travel, a lot of things had to get done: we have to assemble all animals and bring them to the embark point which was done quickly thanks to our Border Collie Túa. All animals were counted and a health check was made before they went on the truck. The process of embarkation is sweaty but, thanks to many helping hands was done in 50 minutes. Andy, Copito, Tango and Farruca – our mastiff dogs – share the journey with our sheep. The 700 km trip on the ruck during the night takes the sheep to green grazing meadows in the Palencia province mountains where they stay until fall.
